Terms of service

The agreement for using the Quello app and website: accounts, plans, fair use and liability.

These terms are the agreement between you and Quello ("Quello", "we") for using the Quello app and the website at app.quello-box.com. By creating an account or using Quello, you accept them.

What Quello is

Quello is a VPN: it carries your device's internet traffic through an encrypted WireGuard tunnel to one of our servers. Quello does not provide TV channels, playlists, streams or any other content, and it is not connected to any IPTV service.

Your account

  • You must be at least 16, or the age of digital consent where you live, to create an account.
  • Give a real email address and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
  • One account is for one person or one household. Your plan sets how many devices can be connected at the same time.

Plans and payment

  • Quello is subscription only. You buy a plan on the website, by card through Stripe or through PayPal.
  • Plans renew automatically at the end of each period, at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel.
  • If we change a plan's price, the new price applies to your next renewal only after we have told you, and you can cancel before it does.
  • If a renewal payment fails, your plan stops at the end of the period you paid for.
  • Cancellations and refunds are covered by our refunds and cancellation policy.

Using Quello fairly

You agree to follow our acceptable use policy. In short: do not use Quello to break the law, to harm others or our network, or to get around paying for content you are required to pay for. You are responsible for following the law where you are and the terms of the services you use through Quello.

Suspension and ending

You can stop using Quello and cancel at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the acceptable use policy, or to protect our users or network. If we close your account for reasons other than a breach, we refund the unused part of your plan.

Availability

We work to keep Quello running, but we cannot promise it will always be available, work with every network or service, or be free of errors. Servers and locations may change. Streaming services and networks may block VPN connections, and that is outside our control.

Liability

Quello is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. If you do not agree, you can cancel before then.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Thailand. If you have a problem, please contact us first at admin@quello-box.com so we can try to fix it.
